About Compassion Connection
Compassion Connection brings the glorious message of being made new in Christ, which enables us to experience the abundant life that Jesus promised. It is by faith in who God has made us to be in Christ Jesus that we may truly experience hope concerning ourselves. Through our personal relationships with others we display the reality of the Gospel in our daily lives. It is our prayer that the ministry of Compassion Connection will be a useful tool for the body of Christ.
The Compassion Connection was established October 1st, 1998. A group of men who had been gloriously set free from various addictions came together and began to pray and brainstorm, asking God to show them how to reach those struggling with similar dysfunctional lifestyles; those dealing with alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, anger, unforgiveness and so on. After praying together for a couple of years, it was decided that they would start a weekly meeting, reaching out to the community and those struggling with life controlling issues, hence the beginning of Compassion Connection. Since 1998, hundreds of lives have been touched by the life-changing compassion of Jesus Christ. Christ’s compassion, connecting with those who are in desperate need of Him.

“Whenever crowds came to Him, He had compassion for them because they were so deeply distraught, malaise, and heartbroken. They seemed to Him like lost sheep without a shepherd.”
